Incident Involving: @Oogie & @lordyboy114 @ashbest122 @Jaychitects @flyingfrome @F1_Sophie @Joelianomanu @Jraybay @Fragglepaul @Cliffy7765 @Sutty94DCFC

After reviewing the footage from several points of view the stewards have concluded that the fault lies with @Oogie. It appears as though he lost the car mid corner and unfortunately this led to a chain reaction which saw 4 cars retire on the spot, and a further 6 or 7 damaged on lap 1. As a result of this, the stewards have chosen to disqualify Oogie from the results of the Australian Grand Prix. Further, a 20 second time penalty will be applied to his race time for the Chinese Grand Prix, or the next Grand Prix he attends.

Whilst there was clearly no malice involved (and we appreciate Oogies swift apology) the incident was of such a catastrophic nature that the stewards felt only losing 4 points from a disqualification was not enough considering the number of drivers affected, hence the additional China penalty.

@Jaychitects

The stewards are in agreement that no further action will be taken on this incident. After seeing an onboard from another car we have taken note of a reckless move from Jaychitects that resulted in contact with Oogie which caused the incident. However, as Jay has left the FP league no action will be taken.

Drivers Involved: Oogie_Azeem and CCBrain.
Stewards Decision: 10 second time penalty added to Oogies race time for the next FP race he attends.
Reasoning: An obvious decision here. Oogie horribly misjudges his braking and completely wiped out CCBrain causing him to drop to the back. The reason it was added to next race and not this one is because the 10 seconds penalty would have done nothing to his 3rd place finishing position and a bigger time penalty would have been too harsh.

The stewards are in agreement that although CC lost the rear of his car and needed to correct it he still could have done more to slow the car and not rejoin in such a dangerous way.

A 5s time penalty will be added to CCs next race time

We feel this was an unfortunate racing incident for both Oogie and Deano. Both drivers are passing CC on either side and probably didn't realise each other were there.

The stewards agree that a move down the inside from Hague wasn't really on and there wasn't sufficient space left by Jray. Please take more care into turn 1 of a race as this could have caused chaos.

A 15s time penalty will be added to Hague's next race time.

Incident 1: The stewards agree that lordy was at fault for this incident into the bus stop and caused Oogie a lot of time. We understand he said he suffered lag at the time but without his pov we can only go off what footage we have.

A 15s time penalty will be added to Lordy's Belgium race.

Incident 2:

The stewards didn't feel Oogie was sufficiently alongside Alfie to get a move done into that particular chicane. We felt that it was over optimistic and Oogie should have pulled out of the move.

NFA will be taken.

Drivers Involved: @Bugatti030629 @TomJ91 And maybe a few others behind

Stewards findings: The stewards have spent some time reviewing the incident, and have concluded the fault lies with Bugatti. Although Tom does turn in a little later than is perhaps necessary, the stewards felt that Bugatti was too aggressive on turn in and could have left a lot more space, considering the red arrows and the fact he was behind Tom on approach to the corner, Bugatti should have known that Tom was on the inside.Due to this incident, a 10 second time penalty will be added to Bugatti's Germany race time.
