F7 SEASON REVIEW
[/b]

It was a season that was dominated by the Sauber team which between the two drivers won 9 out of the 14 races in the F7 Championship. They also had another 6 podiums between them & thanks to this dominance they were able to secure the Constructors Championship at Baku. The championship battle went to the final race of the season but unfortunately SietseBouma22 DNF & handing the championship to his team mate BlueJean24 who won the final race of the season at Japan & crucially giving him one extra victory over his team mate.
Bluejean24 Final Championship position 1st
SietseBouma22 Final Championship position 2nd

It was a solid performance from the Renault team but unfortunately they lacked the consistency to really challenge the Sauber team. It was a positive start as they won two out of the first three races with MorrisGuy2012 won the first race of the season at Bahrain & Kablo1984 winning at Russia. They would only go on to have two podiums for the rest of the season but still managed to finish second in the Constructors Championship ahead of Williams due to winning more races.
Kablo1984 Final Championship position 6th
MorrisGuy2012 Final Championship position 9th

A very respectable third place for Williams in the Constructors Championship who only lost second place due to the fact they failed to score a single victory all season. It was a strong start for PSGL veteran Tejuarr who had a third place at the first race of the season at Bahrain, however his best results for the rest of the season was two P6's at Spain & Austria & infact didn't score a single point for the last six races. It was a slow start to the season for foggy_908 who didn't score a podium until race five at Monaco. He would go onto score three podiums in the last three races & dragging the Williams team up the leaderboard.
Foggy_908 Final Championship position 5th
Tejuarr Final Championship position 11th

Despite the tensions between the two drivers at Torro Rosso they managed to finish 4th in the Constructors Championship largely down to the four podiums scored by Swenthemen. HondaPA would only score one podium for the team with a third place at Mexico.
Swenthemen Final Championship position 3rd
HondaPA Final Championship position 13th

It was disapointing 5th place for the Mercedes team due to being so inconsistent during the season. The team was carried by Iceman_Saleh1991 who scored four podiums during the season including two victories at Silverstone & Monza. Alex's highlight of the season was a fourth place at Austria.
Iceman_Saleh1991 Final Championship position 4th
Alex Final Championship position 17th

As we get to the lower end of table the story is inconsistency but there was two podiums each by the Force India drivers. Sabetti had a second place at Monza & KingHova0172 had two second places at Brazil & Silvertone.
Sabetti Final Championship position 8th
KingHova0172 Final Championship position 10th

Despite a strong start it was a disapointing performance from the McLaren team. PWnAgeTOwn had two podiums at rounds three & four at Russia & Spain but that would be the end of their good results as a fourth place at Baku. JPGREENWOOD will be remembered for his performance at Spa in the wet conditions but he'd only finish tenth. His best results came at Austria & Japan where he finished P8.
PWnAgeTOwn Final Championship position 7th
JPGREENWOOD Final Championship position 20th

Not much to say for the team from Marinello as their highlight of the season was a third place by Wideloadbilly at Germany. Their cause wasn't helped by a driver change during the season either.
Wideloadbilly Final Championship position 12th
pogl2904 final championship position 19th

Another team that struggled due to a mid season driver change was the Haas team. Their highlight of their season Twannach's brilliant victory at Baku. Try_and_catch could only manage two sixth places at Monaco & Baku.
Twannach Final Championship position 14th
Try_and_catch Final Championship position 15th

Another team that had a mid season driver change was Red Bull but had nothing to shout about all season. Nexxus_dynamic had a P6 at Spain & his team mate Dumelos had two at Italy & USA
Nexxus_dynamic Final Championship position 18th
Dumelos Final Championship position 16th
