[F4] Round 9: Hungarian Grand Prix (11/03/2018) 8:00pm UK Time March 07, 2018, 06:27:18 pm Formula 4 : Season 19 : Round 09Hungarian Grand Prix - HungaroringRace Preview]The British grand prix certainly lived up to expectations after a thrilling three-way battle for the win of which Renault driver Curtoise came out on top for his third victory of the season. The win moved him into position as the main contender for the drivers title, whilst Renault's first double podium of the season also moved them into second position in the constructors. As we head to eastern Europe for the Hungarian grand prix, fans will be hoping for much of the same. The Hungaroring first hosted a grand prix in 1986, whilst still behind the 'Iron Curtain' and under communist control. The track has hosted the Hungarian grand prix for thirty years without fail, and has given us some fantastic moments in the process. Being a very technical track, sometimes described as 'Monaco without barriers', it offers a true challenge to the drivers in each of its fourteen corners, whilst still allowing for overtaking with the long pit straight and down into turn two. Bluemosquito may be in the drivers seat for the drivers title, but it is by no means a guarantee, and Curtoise will surely be looking to further cut the gap with a third straight win.
