Making Complaints / Reporting Cheating (Please Read)

We often receive complaints from our community and we do treat them all seriously, you need to follow the rules when reporting anyone and it's important when making complaints you send them to the right people!!

Administrators of this site are in charge of the forum overall however there is a chain of command and a structure to ensure all complaints are dealt with correctly so can all members please read the rules of the site (again) to ensure you are aware of what you need to do.

Here are some quotes of rules that you need to follow when making any complaint :

Respect For Other Users

All members of this Forum will respect the opinions and presence of other members of the Forum. You are welcome to engage in challenging and spirited debate with other users, but rudeness will not be tolerated. Name-calling, disrespecting other users or throwing personal insults against them will not be tolerated, either from an instigator -OR- from anyone who feels like they should respond to such instigation. Flaming another user because of their spelling or word choice will not be tolerated, either. Personal attacks of ANY kind are not allowed and users who violate this will have their access removed. If you have an issue with another user, contact a Moderator or your League Admin, and let them handle it; do not take matters into your own hands in public.

Code of Conduct

In order to create a friendly and comfortable environment for all our members, the following Code of Conduct will be strictly enforced and it's important that you read the following:

Members will treat each other with respect at all times. No member will use comments about nationality, age, gender, race, religious belief, or sexual orientation to insult others.

Members will exhibit good sportsmanship at all times. There will be no taunting, harassing, or unsportsmanlike conduct verbally, written or any other means.

Profanity and language of an offensive nature will not be tolerated, whether on forums or any type of voice or text chat.

Members will not attempt to manipulate the game or league system in an attempt to give any player or team an unearned advantage. This includes intentionally killing one's teammates or oneself.

Reporting Cheats / Hackers / Abusers

Proof must be provided within 20 days from when the alleged cheat occurred. You must contact your league admin as soon as this situation occurs.

If you feel your complaint has not been dealt with then you must contact your Game Director.

The preferred method of raising any issue is via the PM Messages. Details of any investigation, proof & logs etc plus the outcome of any investigation will not be made public.

Appeal Process

All members are entitled to appeal any decision made during a league season and this must be done to the Game Director of the game (If the Game Director is running a League then contact a Administrator) and you need to include the following information :

-Date/Time of Issue
-What happened to bring the decision
-What member(s) was involved
-What the admin decision was
-Include why you think this decision was unfair
-Include any evidence

Once you have made your appeal, please allow upto 24 hours for a decision, the decision made on your appeal is final.

Allegations of Player Cheating

Cheating accusations anywhere other than following the correct procedure will not be tolerated on this site and will be removed by the moderators. If you have a concern about cheating submit a PM Message for the admin to review. No cheating allegations will be entertained without hard evidence. Offending accounts may receive a warning.
