Formula 1 2017 / Re: PSGL F1 Leagues - Stewards' Findings
Shorbread and Maxiluca incident - F1

This is poor driving on Shortbread's part, but ultimately, the stewards feel that the in-game penalty that Shortbread received was sufficient.

Therefore, a warning is issued to Shortbread. Any further similar incidents like this will result in a penalty.

1 - was disastrous.

2 - Hoping Mclaren but thinking Renault or even maybe Toro Rosso.

3 - Can't really remember too many good things tbh.

4 - Seems fair to me.

5 - 2017 for the actual racing aspect. You can actually race wheel to wheel and side by side on this game without having to worry about a sidepod glitch. The prefer the handling as well. It's just too glitchy and did prefer when we had a working safety car though.

What an eventful race... loved it. Disastrous start, but some comeback to get within a tenth of finishing 1st without the penalty. Used all my experience and car control skills to keep it on track and be quick in difficult conditions.

Have to say a massive congrats to my brilliant teammate Venom though!! Thouroughly deserved victory and our 1st 1-2 in 3 seasons as teammates :)

Equal car :)👍🏻👍🏻

Hey mate, there's only 3 races remaining of the current season, but there'll be space in F4 on Sundays from next season if you're interested? I could also put you down as a reserve for this current season if you want? You'll be more than likely be able to race if someone doesn't show.

1 - Yes

2 - less said about that the better. I had great pace though.

3 - Completely ruins racing for everyone. At least we know how to prevent it though and hope everyone stays in the lobby after a retirement.

4 - Hopefully me, but Blue and Curt will be up there too.

5 - Echo everyone else- The Honda engine. Helps when they've been given freedom by Toro Rosso though.
F4 Race Calendar and Results / Re: [F4] Round 8: British Grand Prix (04/02/2018) 8:00pm UK Time
1 - yes of course

2 -  no.... could and probably should have had 2nd without me getting green wing damage on lap 1 and then me making the mistake of changing it at my stop. Without the change, I would have come out in front of the massive train of cars in 3rd, which would have been a net 2nd. Instead I came out behind the lot of them, which became critical, as the slipstream glitch appeared. Plus itnwas a glitched lobby, so instead of finishing 6th, I finished 7th due to de-synced gap info.

3 - Of course. An absolute classic and shame we're losing it.

4 - After a dominant win in the 1st race of the season, I've been way too inconsistent.

5 - Honda's realiability, Hamilton's time on the Mediums and just how beautiful that Mclaren looks on track. Shame about the sponsors though.
Formula 1 League (F1) / Re: [F1] Season 19 - Round 9: Hungarian Grand Prix (05/03/18)
Wanted to have a say on things:

I believe there is definitely a lack of respect amongst the grid. A lack of respect on and off the track. Which is not what league racing is about and never has been an experience of mine until particularly this season. This lack of respect produces a fearful atmosphere and a stereotypical atmosphere, where you see a driver behind or infront and sigh... this should not be the case. It should be a case of relishing every potential battle to be able to say to the other guy at the end of the race fuck that was good, i’ll remember that. That has been my experience up until recently. As i mentioned before the lack of respect but to add to that there is a lack of patience, a forefulness around certain drivers, who think they are better than others because they are faster by half a second or more in some cases. In my personal opinion i believe it is these drivers spoiling it for others. Forcing their way by at every possible opportunity and thinking it’s fine because they are quicker and will be 2 seconds ahead after 2 laps. This is not the attitude to an enjoyable league race. I am sick of seeing drivers dive up the inside of drivers like myself who don’t qualify that high up, thinking that it’s there right to have that position cause they’re faster. No. Have a fair battle with me and if you get by fair and square then best of luck to you.

All in all the lack of respect for the whole grid needs to improve, the impatience from certain drivers needs to improve. Once this happens we won’t get the stupid shit being said in the chats before and after races, it’ll be back to what it used to be, “good battle insert name” not cursing the house down.

This is an enjoyable platform for arguably the best drivers on the site, it’s meant to be the pinnacle. Let’s start setting an example and Creating a more positive environment promoting good racing and not dive bombs and reckless defending out of frustration of said dive bombs.

Sorry to Rant but i’ve been around this site long enough to say my piece.

Couldn't agree more mate. I'm grateful that F4 is such a great bunch. So respectful of each other on and off track and other leagues should take a leaf out of our book. There's no bitterness or immaturity at all
