Formula 1 2017 / Re: [F1] Stewards' Findings
F5 - HMFC and Melvin

From the footage provided and taken into consideration, it is the opening lap around Monaco, the stewards feel that the incident was very unfortunate and it would be unfair to lay the blame at Melvin.

He did not punt HMFC, rather due to the close nature of the circuit, they remained close into Turn 1 and again, their wheels became locked which unfortunately spun HMFC.

We warn all drivers to take extra care on the opening lap, but have sympathy with both parties involved.

No further action.

F5 - JamesWood and HMFC

The stewards ultimately felt James' over-aggressiveness in trying to overtake HMFC was the main reason why an unfortunate collision between the pair took place. The pairs' wheels ultimately became locked, which could have been avoided had James taken more care.

We believe HMFC was mostly innocent in the incident and thus will escape punishment.

The stewards, however, decided that James was the guilty party in this and will receive the following penalty.

JamesWood will have a 10s time penalty added to his Monaco race time.

F1: Joelianomanu and Lordyboy

After deep discussion, the stewards have came to a conclusion.

We believe that the incident was unjust and whilst it has no place in league racing, it deserves a punishment that is representative of the incident at hand.

The act comes across as deliberate, however if we compare it to a previous incident a couple of races ago, there is a clear disparity in the type of incident. Josh completely waited to take out his opposition, whilst lordy's contact appears to be in frustration whilst running close to Joel.

We’d like to stress that incidents like these have no place in league racing, and any further incidents involving Lordy will result in removal from F1.

Taking all this into the account:

Lordy will serve a four race ban.

F6 - Footballboy and MorrisGuy

It is clear from the evidence provided that FootballBoy was driving to a poor standard, once again. The stewards feel this incident alone doesn't not warrant a harsh penalty, however taking into previous incidents and enquiries into consideration, a race ban is a justified punishment.

Footballboy will be given a race ban for the F6 Canadian Grand Prix.

F4 - MrP and Sab

An unfortunate incident between these two drivers. MrP saw a gap and went for it after Sab hit the wall at Turn 1 of Monaco. We feel that Sab could have given more room in anticipation of MrP making the move, but due to the conditions and circumstances, we have sympathy for Sab. The games contact model meant the wheels locked and it couldn't be avoided.

For these reasons we feel no penalty should be applied.

F5 - AdventuresMachin and Pho4nix1234

Pho4nix1234 was on a flying lap and improved, so did not block AdventuresMachin.

F4 - MrP and IarsGaming

From the evidence provided and statements given by MrP, the fact is he was on flying laps. He has no reason to move out of the way when on a fast lap. While MrP was going slower than Iars, the latter should have backed up lots.

We have taken into consideration that Monaco in the wet means there are massive differences in the speed of drivers, for these reasons we feel a penalty is not required.

Time of incident in video: All
Drivers involved: BigC_019 and Ashbest122
League : F1
What happened: Going into the tricky hairpin in full wet conditions, Ash decides to attempt, a half-hearted pointless divebomb move on me. I am entitled to the corner and he hasn't really gone for it, so I turn in and subsequently get hit spinning me out, costing me like 10 seconds of race time and a lot of positions. While I accept things happen in these conditions, Ash's race craft against me especially has been consistently poor - as seen in Austria, so I felt it was only right it went to the stewards. Without this incident, I would have scored very good points. Usually, if you hit someone off, you wait up for them, had he done that then I would have certainly not taken it to the stewards.
How did it affect your race: Cost me a considerable amount of time and track position, realistic chance of good points gone.
Did the driver rectify the issue: He apologised after, but doesn't mean much when your race is severely compromised by another driver's incompetent driving.

Time of incident in video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tRDHMY72x0 all
Drivers involved: BigC_019 and NPyne_35
League : F1
What happened: I was on my final run at the end of the session, there was some traffic. Paudie moved out of the way, while NPyne was totally oblivious to the situation and impeded my lap completely, I was up on Cliffy's provisional pole time and as seen by the end bit of the video, my S3 was a .9, which was .3 off what I did earlier in the session and .6 slower than my best in practice. I don't tend to report people to the stewards but my race was compromised due to my poor qualifying result as a result of Nic impeding me.

How did it affect your race: Compromised my qualifying severely.

Did the driver rectify the issue: He apologised after, but it was clear he had no clue that I was on a lap.

F3 - Stim and Abiodun

Wasting the stewards time. It was Stim's fault entirely, trying to overtake around the outside at that corner is silly.
